RETURNS

You have 14 days to return or exchange an item.

We will give you a full refund within 21 days when your return is registered at our warehouse. Items returned for credit or exchange must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and with their original tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original dust bags.

Tassel-Tales.com reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

ALL COUNTRIES

  1. Send us an email to notify us that you would like to return a product. Use the following email address: hello@tassel-tales.com with the subject RETURN. Include your full name, transaction ID, the reason for your return and your full ADDRESS for the return pick up.

  2. We will respond within 24 hours.

  3. Please schedule your own pick up via GLS, DHL or your preferred shipping company.

  4. Package your return in the original bag or paper and box (we try to keep waste to a minimum; so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can).

  5. Fill in the returns note. Give the reason for your return and put the note in the parcel.

  6. Wait for your shipping representative to pick up your parcel.

  7. When returned items are received and approved, we will give you a full refund of your order - minus the shipping and return cost - within 21 days. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you use a trustworthy delivery service.
